Job Description: I have over 25 years of industry experience and my responsibilities are to answer calls on the service line, help customers with problem solving and maintain the schedule for maintenance work and installations. I also supervise the technicians and provide technical expertise and guidance. I provide cost and time estimates for repairs and projects and purchase equipment and replacement parts for these projects.
What do you like best about your business and/or your job?
I really like solving customer problems. Every customer is unique but not every problem is unique. I use my experience and expertise to solve problems quickly and effectively.
What have you learned “on the job” that you could not have learned without this experience?
I have a new respect for the potential dangers that exist at a fueling island.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy spending time with my family.
