Job Description: I have ten years of industry experience and my position involves working with customers on the phone to schedule and dispatch work. I produce and maintain customer testing compliance records and liaison with the State Fire Marshall and equipment vendors to maintain company and technical licenses and certifications. I handle company administration.
What do you like best about your business and/or your job?
I love the variety of my job and I get to use my attention to detail to satisfy customers and keep our business running smoothly.
What have you learned “on the job” that you could not have learned without this experience?
I’ve learned a great deal about State requirements and enforcement where environmental issues are concerned. I like sharing my knowledge with customers and being helpful to them.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside in nature, and gardening.

We have an ongoing relationship with our customers. The only way to get that is to stand behind our workmanship and deliver excellent customer service every day. It is the best way to run a business and I like what we do for our customers.
